CEMENT

The first private sector basic cement plant was supplied by SILTRADE in 1988 and the first clinker grinding cement plant set up in the private sector was also supplied by SILTRADE in 1992. SILTRADE has supplied a total of 30 cement production lines to 16 companies with a total installed capacity of over 15 million tons per year. Scope of supply included jetty crane, clinker and other raw material conveying, clinker storage and extraction, grinding equipment, cement conveying, packing station and bagged cement loading and conveying to trucks and barges. Repeat orders from the customers speak of their confidence and trust in us.

In the cement sector SILTRADE also supplies jetty cranes, pay loaders, cement packing machines, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, chains from Germany, Japan and China as well as grinding media, mill internals, electrical and mechanical spare parts, etc.

After supplying a plant SILTRADE continues to provide after sales service. For solving technical problems SILTRADE arrange plant visit by foreign engineers who study the problems on ground and suggest appropriate solutions.

SILTRADE can supply complete cement production lines based on both tube mills and vertical roller mills (VRM) for capacity of up to 10,000 tons/day.
